Hi, everyone, thanks for your reading of my biography.
I'm Ya Li, 32, I'd like to call me the creator of Fragrant Stone Painting!
I love painting very much from my Childhood. After graduated from High School, I entered into fine art department of Henan Normal University!
After graduated from university, I do oil painting for 10 years.
But I switch my painting career in the recent years! Because I'm not satisfied to see a painting, I want a painting can not only be watching, but also be playing.
There has many pebblestone on the riverbank of my hometown.
How about to painting beautiful picitures on the smooth pebblestone. Then the beautiful stone can not only be watching, but also for playing!
I'm excited about this idea which sparkled in my mind suddenly.
First of all, go to select the stone.
It's really a very hard and time-cost work to choose the stone. First, the shape of stone must meet the pattern in my mind, second, the smooth must be very smooth, otherwise, the painting on it will be very ugly.
Sometimes, I get nothing for searching a whole day!
After have the stone, I look at them very carefully, thinking how to become these common stone to beautiful painting, how to bring these 'dead' stone to 'life'.
I did it, I just can't express out my exciting after I finished my 1st stone painting, it's a miracle, how can a common stone have a vivid life after painted, they are just the subject they are painted, the cats, dogs, beauty, flowers, duckling, chicken, birds, it's unbelievable!
I often play those lovely items in my hand, and use them as a beautiful paperweight to let them keep my desk neat & beautiful.
When I look at them closely, an idea just flash into my mind, how about to let the stone flowers have fragrance. Thus, when people are tired by loads of work, they can just take up these charming stone, looking at the great painting, take a deep breath, let the charming scents release their pressed nerve!
This is great idea!
Now, my great creation is loved by many people, I'm so glad that my idea become a realistic product and bring joyness to the people who like them!
