The Cleveland Plain Dealer Sunday Magazine featured Ray's American Dream Renew art series with a story by Tom Gerdell. This story can be viewed at http://www.tapsnewstory.filetap.com The title of the article is Power to the People art. The American Dream is Burning artpiece is featured. It has a empty factory burning with a space available sign on it with the White House Phone number.
The American Worker Locked out of the American Dream depicts the locked out steelworkers , Local 169 in Mansfield, Ohio , bearing their cross being locked out of their jobs now for over three years with the company hiring a police force to protect the replacement workers who took the union workers'place. This art is symbolic of all who lost their jobs during the Clinton years while a statistical prosperity was reported. (See the Clinton Years- The American Dream Reversed art)
