The Clinton Years-The American Dream Reversed art won artist of the week award at an international art gallery. The biggest lie during the Clinton Years in the land of "is" was not about Monica but it was about the economy. His The American Dream is Burning art piece is symbolic of the most massive dislocation of jobs in U.S. history. It was featured in a story in the Cleveland Plain Dealer Sunday Magazine at http://www.tapsnewstoryfiletap.com (Note other links below.)
His The American Worker-Locked out of the American Dream is symbolic of all who have lost their jobs in recent years. In this illustration, it shows the locked out steelworkers in Mansfield Ohio bearing their cross being locked out of their jobs for over 3 years.
Ray sports art and sports art cards not be found anyhwere else features baseball greats eg.Babe Ruth and Joe DiMaggio plus Jim Thome, Manny Ramirez. He also has memorabilia art from the 1950s era. His illustration of the Graduating Gridders of Senior Football Players in the class of 1953 at a local University won him a Scripps Howard award and this is also available now as a limited edition print with the newspaper story on the back. His Soldiers on Patrol ink drawing dates back to 1949. Ray welcomes comments.
