| Biggest Artistic Inspiration |
Throughout my life, "Love" has been my biggest inspiration. Being "in love" has brought me much happiness. For instance, my husband has positively influenced me in more ways than he'll ever know. Also, the things that I love have given me such a positive energy as well. Whether it's taking a stroll into the woods to enjoy nature or spending time with family, having things in my life that make me "feel good" encourage me to keep constructing art. |

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
What first intrigued me about art was the ability an artist has to communicate feelings without saying a word. Art is just such a great outlet in which to express emotions. |

| Your Personal Biography |
I started drawing as a young child. My mother says she always thought I might have a career in fashion as I always drew pictures of costumes/dresses. As a teenager I did end up graduating from a modeling school, but soon found that fashion was not my niche. As I became an adult I obtained a career in Interior Design after I graduated with my Bachelor's degree in Housing and Design. After working in the design field, I realized I enjoyed the pleasure of helping others so much that I decided that teaching Art was my true calling. I will be graduating with a second Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts this December. I am now currently working towards a Master's of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction (Education). |
