Artist Statement for Bill Westerman

Bill Westerman is an artist in residence with the Department of Interior and most recently painted wildlife and other subjects in the Everglades National Park.
He works primarily in Oil Painting and Pastel, and has paintings in collections in several states plus Japan, and Europe.
