From the first day that I set foot in Warriston Cemetery, I was hit with an overwhelming sense of history and personal stories whispered from the past. It initially was a shock to view the current state of disrepair the site had fallen prey to. That once pristine environment has dramatically eroded with the neglect of the past 60 or so years.
