Artist Statement for Ekrem Fetic

|
Bosnia is a European country she is continue 1000 years.
We had many victims during the war in Bosnia (1992 - 1995),and it also destroyed a great number of homes and industrial and much of our
curtural and historical heritage.
In 1995 I got inspiration for my paintings.That year (and during the whole war) I saw hundreds of soldiers dressed in masked iniforms,walking on the street of Zenica.The image of those uniforms struck me deeply.
Thinking in the context of art I realized that it was an ideal picture.On the one hand it's like the ready made,and on the other,unity of Figuration and Abstraction; ontology's dualism of
Represantative and ontology's homogeneous Presentative of Picture.
Similary as the French aesteticer Etiene Souirau said long ago,in sign we have picture of the picture,and also picture which is
Presentation of itself.It's clear that the picture of masked uniformes make that figuration,and its contens or different plans makes the Abstraction of the picture.
Of course such a picture inspires definited philosophical implications and dilemmas of problematical nature.Of course such a
picture inspires definite philosophical reveires and dilemmas.
This is because it is a picture that contains and pacifies two up to now uneasy opposites of contemporary art:Figurative and Apstract,
or Aristotelean and Platonic.By purchasing this picture You come into
possession of this long course of contemporary art.This aesthetic object sublimates itself with its own being.
Pictures are made in two cyclus.A cyclus and B cyclus.A cyclus are
projected on method of Juan Gris,in order that is of oval form to make bottle.While B cyclus,to follow way of Paul Cezanne in order
that is of bottle to make oval form.
Conceptual art - Proposal for Art project:Bosniak letters
I
The theme of this project is universal in it's essence.And it's actual
in thousand and thousand years of human civilization.How can one little nation (in this case Bosniaks) survive on definite living space? In conditions of permanently threat and danger,during the past ,present and probable future times.Surrounded by potential enemys.With feebly economic results.And without big military potentials.With experience of permanent victim,in many wars through past centurys?The only possible and logical response comes from itself.It is necessary to crat power in it's inside it is own relation
toward reality .So that it winns over it's own subjective feebleness.
With the eliminating of our weakness.We are really eliminating a part
a part of enemy's power.Which power placed also in our feebleness.
When we conquer our weakness.We will be on mid -way to win over the enemy(Don't forget one truth.Our weakness is bigger than enemy's power). In this way we equalize our power with the force of enemy.And during time we get stronger than him .That is the final target of this project.To become stronger than potential enemy.To survive and exist on definite living - space.

In the last three hundred years Bosniaks (one of the three nations in
Bosnia:Bosniaks,Serbs,Croats)survived The ten genocides .
The first genocide was during and after the big Vienna war,between Turkey and Austria.Round 30 000 kiled or drived:1683 - 1699 year.
The secend genocide was been:1711 or 1712 year.In space of "Old Monte
Negro".Round 1000 victims kiled or drived.
The third genocide was been between :1804 - 1820 year.After the first
and the secend Serb's uprising.Round 20 000 victims kiled or drived.
The fourth genocides was been during :1830 - 1867 years.As result of Hati serif.Drived and kiled round 9 000 victims.
The fifth genocide was been after Berlin's congress:1878 year.Drived citizens of the next towns:Nis,Pirot,Toplice,Vranje,Uzice,Niksic,Podgorica,Berane,Kolasin,
Bar and Ulcinj.
The sixth genocide was been after ocupation Bosnia and Herzegovina
from Austro - Ugarska.Beacause of pressure emigrationed from Bosnia
700 000 Bosniaks.
The seventh genocide was been during 1912 - 1913 year.After the first
and the secend Balkan's wars drived 12 300,and 800 kiled victims.
The eighth genocide was been from 1918 till 1941 year .In kingdom
(kraljevina SHS)of Serbs,Croats and Slovenes (after kingdom Yugoslavia).800 victims kiled.
The ninth genocide was happened 1941 till 1945 year.For during the secend World's war .Round 103 000 victims kiled (round 10% citizens).
The tenth genocide was during the last war in Bosnia and Herzegovina,years from 1992 'till 1995 years.Expeled round 1 000 000
Bosniaks from the next towns:Foca,Bijeljina,Visegrad,Rudo,Trebinje,
Gacko,Zvornik,Brcko,Doboj,Prijedor,Banja Luka,Kalinovik,Kotor Varos,
Rogatica,Teslić,Sipovo,Srebrenica,Stolac,Srbac,Skender Vakuf,Sokolac,
Prozor,Prnjavor,Nevesinje,Kresevo,Kupres,Han Pijesak,Derventa,Celinac
,Cajnice,Busovca,Bratunac,Bosansko Grahovo,Bosanski Samac,Bosanski Novi,Bosanski Brod, Bosanska Gradiska,Bosanska Dubica,Bileca,Pale,Modrica,west Mostar,,Sekovici,Vlasenica,Bosanski
Petrovac,Kljuc,Sanski Most,Zepa,Ljubinje,Ugljevik,Jajce,Celinac,Cajnice,Capljina onso on.
Every thirty or fifthy jears Bosniaks are being killed .Every Bosniak's generation has one3 genocide.The tenth genocide is the biggest 'till now.Round 180 000 Bosniaks were being killed (mainly civils and 20 000 childs),round 9% citizens (totally Bosniak's population in Bosnia under 2 000 000 ,cenzus for 1991 year before last war.)Raped 50 000 women and childs of 7 age.
Why Bosniaks suffer every time when a shock happened on the political
scene in Europe and World?The problem is The territory aspiration of
Srebia and Croatia toward Bosnia,and the unfavorable relation of forces .Because of the mentioned aspiration ,other nations in Bosnia
and Hrezegovina (Serbs and Croats) have support of Serbia and Croatia
for their separatism tendency.Bosniaks don't have anybody's support
from neighbouring countries.Bosniaks (50% citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina)are living on 23% territory,and that state is since the last war.Other Bosniak's territory had been usurped by Serbs and Croats,with military support of Serbia and Croatia.Cosequence of last war in Bosnia and Herz.are many refugees wide of worl.Bosniaks living
in European Union in North America and Australia..For example:in
United States of a America living round 300 000 Bosniaks.
I'm very thankful to United States for permanently support to unity
of Bosnia and Herzegovina.Also I thankful to European Union and Arabian countries,as and the others states widw world.Too thanks to many many friends in the world.

Why did I create Bosniak letters? I made them because of The ten genocides.If I could alleviate or put off the eleventh genocide with my Bosniak letters,that would make a happy man of me.How do Bosniak
letters effect? We all know that letter are an excellent sign.Every letter is a symbol for a voice.With the combination of letters we
create a word,and of more words we make a sentece.If we create a letter which contains two or three letters,then we will have a Plus
- ultra sign.
For example:The letter "B" contains three letters "B" and message :Bratstvo Brani Bošnjaka,or:Brotherhood Defends Bosniaks.
The letter "P" contains also one letter "B",together two lettrs
(P and B).The message of this letter is : Pazite Bošnjaci,or:Take
Care Bosniaks.The letter "R" contains also one "B",together two letters (R and B).The message is:Radjajte se Bošnjaci,or:Give Bird
Bosniaks.The next (little) letter "d" contains one also letter "B"
and message:dogovor Bošnjaci,or:agreement Bosniaks.Little letter "b"
contains one letter "B" and message:bratstvo Bošnjaci,or:brotherhood
Bosniaks.Little letter "p" contains one letter "B" and message :pazite Bošnjaci,or:take care Bosniaks.Little letter "g" and
contains one letter "B" with the next slogan :glasajte Bošnjaci,or:
to vote Bosniaks.Little letter "dž" have the next message:džemat
Bošnjaci (džemat turc.zajednićko klanjanje Bogu,ili vijerska općina)
,or:Religion Bosniaks (but vithout radicalism).And little letter "đ"
slogan:đeride Bosniaks (đeride turc. novine ,knjige ili u prenesenom znaćenju .Obrazujte se Bošnjaci),or:edukation Bosniaks.
Also I created Bosniak little letter "a" which contains letter "B"
and message :aktivno Bošnjaci,or:active Bosniaks.Letter "e" contain letter "B" and slogan :energićno Bošnjaci,or:energetic Bosniaks.
Letter "X" (Roman number and letter) without modification entri in Bosniak's alphabet as signed for The ten genocides.
Primary characteristics of Bosniks today,are The disunity,The indifferent (incautiousness)and The small birth - rate.For example,based on statistic dates on 1000 dead people ,born one baby (information from Novembre 2006 years).It's a way for disappearance
people.If they tobe used in daily usage.Letters change the consciousness of Bosniak.He corects his relation to reality,and so he changes the flow of The History.
