Artist Statement:
Painting and drawing has
always been a part of my life.
Upon graduation, I was
presented with the first
drawings I had ever done as a
present from my parents. This
inspired me to continue on in
the arts fields.
Graduation from The School of
the Art Institute of Chicago
started me on my career as a
Graphic Designer with some of
the top design firms in
Chicago. From there I went on
to Houston to again persue the
Graphic Design field. This
took me into the illustration
aspect and now i am persuing
the greatest endeavor yet - to
be rocognized as a fine
artist.
At the age of 71 I find that
it is never too late to try
again the things that one
loves most.
