|
ı m trying to conceive an icongraphic language by such motifs as hide, pine tree, lying head, kissing and making love which I see as the compact summary of life and which ,in my eyes, symbolize nature, death and love. the in definite variety of the reciprocal relationships of these motifs thrills me. By combining them in a pattern on different surfacces, I want to point to the similarities between the rhytm and energy of life and rhytm and energy of lines, colours and paints.
1962 born Çorum in Turkey
1983 BA grauduated painting craft department at Gazi university, Ankara
1987 MA department of painting, faculty of fine arts, Hacettepe University Ankara.
1988 made researches ın Italy having obtained a scholarship from Italian goverment.
1991 obtained the degree of 'proficiency in art'from the department of painting, faculty of fine arts , Hacettepe University.
1988-1993 instructor at the department of painting Inönü University Malatya.
1993 started to work as associated proffesseur at the department of applied arts vocational education faculty Gazi University. and still
working the same university
1998 won a scholarship from Romanian goverment and made reaserch Cluj-napoca
Fine Arts Faculty.
1999 won a scholarship from Hungarian goverment and made researchs at interdiciplinier and intermedia department at fine arts faculty in Budapest.
