Artist Statement:
An artist's stament I suppose
is an attempt to explain or
justify why one does what they
do. To explain or justify my
own work in words is a most
difficult task at best. I
imagine I look at our world a
little differently than most
folks. To bring the mundane
and unnoticed, to the
attention of my audience, in a
visually exciting and dramatic
fashion is part of my
motivation as an artist. One
must also realize that art as
well as medicine is
continually practiced, never
mastered. That being said I
will just let my work speak
for itself, that's why I
paint. ...
