The Smithsonian "Between Fences" exhibit ran in conjunction with a juried art show "Barbs, Pickets, Words and Dreams" at the Carnegie Visual Arts Center in Decatur, Alabama for the month of November, 2006. Johanna Littleton's oil "Hanging on through the Dog Days of Summer" won first place. Her painting "Dreams, beyong the fence," an acrylic won honorable mention. The judge for this show was the Executive Director of the Frist in Nashville.

Winter Gallery Tour Scheduled
The Huntsville Museum of Art is pleased to partner with local arts organizations
for the 12th Annual Winter Gallery Tour.801 Franklin
801 Franklin will feature local artists Rebekah Sanders, Johanna Littleton, and
Mark Blevins for the Holiday Art Show. This eclectic collection will brighten
the holiday season and will run from November 6 through January 15.
