Three year major in Fine Art
at Mckinley Tech in
Washington,DC under the
tutelage of renowned artist
Sam Gilliam.
Studied Commercial and
Advertising Art at the
Washington Technical Institute
in Washington,DC.
Background:
An active pursuit of an art
career began in 1993, with a
commission from the
Rockville/Montgomery Co.
Chapter of the SCLC, for the
30 year March on Washington
anniversary. Various
commissions have followed,
including the present project
for Icon Collector's Editions
to paint campus scenes from
the Historical Black Colleges
and
Universities around the
country.
