| Biggest Artistic Inspiration |
I used to watch Bob Ross on the television. Later when the kids grew up and we retired, I bought an artist kit put out by Bob Ross. I fairly quickly went beyond Ross's work and developed my own style. |

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
When I was younger, and had two kids to raise and worked full time . I had little time to spare to paint ,even though I found that I was creative in other areas of my life.
When I retired, I finally had the time to paint and paint I did, sometimes a painting a week. Learning as I go.
I signed up for art leessons with a
wonderful teacher, Lea Shaw. I learned so much from her.

| Your Personal Biography |
A recent endeavor into abstracts has been rewarding. Using vibrant color freely and creatively by laying down patches of contrasting hues, give the painting a kind of unified surface tension and identity.
My next show with be Saturday January 20,2008 by Rivergate Park also on April 5th and 6th for All That Jazz festival. |
