Artist Statement for Jean Le Baron
|
|
|
Art is an expression of emotion, of time suspended, of finding beauty in unexpected places. My favorite form of expression is paint on canvas; however, I have never met a surface or medium I didn't like. Creating art is a solitary business, so in order to interact with other artists, I am a member of several art groups, and I am currently serving as President of The TOMS RIVER ARTISTS CO-OPERATIVE, Exit 81 (TRACx81).
