| Your Personal Biography |
I was born an raised in New York City. My parents were Italian immigrants. I started working with tile in New York.
In 1982 I oved to the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. It was in the mountains I started"JC Custom Tile Designs". It was a successful business. It paid the bills for 15 years. While I lived in the mountains I realized my love, to create. I started sculpting gemstones, marble, alabaster and wood. I also liked to sketch. Because of my comfort with tile, I started to draw and cut tile murals.
I now live in Satellite Beach , Florida.I have been here for about 10 years. When I moved here I started to concentrate on tile murals.What I do is sort of a mixure of stained glass and mosaic.
I love the outdoors, so most of my work is of scenery.
My work can be installed anywhere. Sometimes I install it, sometimes not.
