Artist Statement:
My work reflects the convergence of subconscious data to stand out above every forgotten moment. There are moments in portrayal in images, though many more that exist fleeting and unrecorded. My research of electronic web and database media are a symptom of my fascination with such data as information, communicated electronically, and the implications of a tesselation of moments and data recorded in the mind and massive data systems everywhere. The curiosity frontiers in revelations of whether the phenomena of natural and electronic tessellation of event and record, as implied by tessellation patterns, extend beyond the human mind- if their self evidence of patterns reveal aspects beyond workable perception.
Each image is not an attempt to sell a feeling, a personal exploration, or ego food. It is the proof of a moment of reconciliation, between subconscious patterns of perception. It is the mowing of a perceptual lawn, the identification and removal of splinters, a cataract bypass of the limbs that heal. It is one kind of process that reflects the process of a conscious search for truth and joy. It is the first evidence....
