| Your Personal Biography |
Catherin is an Australian artist with a passion for drawing animals both domestic and wild.
Originally training as a watercolour artist at a private art school (where she advanced to assistant art teacher prior to leaving). After watercolour art school she discovered chalk pastels and the effects that can be achieved using this medium which she now enjoys working in.
She is a member of the Canine Artist Guild, Artists Helping Animals, and was recently accepted into the Wildlife and Botanical Artists Association, reflecting her desire to immortalize pets by creating special memories for their owners as well as her passion for drawing wildlife.
In 2006, one of her works won Best Overall Exhibit at Les Amis de Chats exhibition in France.
Her work can be found in private collections in Australia, Wales, England, Netherlands, Sweden, France, Canada, Labrador, the United States, Brazil and Paraguay and Italy.
Commission are accepted worldwide.
