My art is my language of communicating my thoughts and emotions. It is what I can do and express in the most clear way I know. I make art for the same reason birds fly, it is automatic and just seems like a natural thing to do. When I paint from a photograph, it is like flying into a strong wind, it is work but I am thrilled if I capture what I like in the image. When I create just from my imagination, it is like a bird having a strong wind pushing from it's back, without any effort. This way is always a gamble, it may turn out with or without any personality of it's own. I am always going for the latter in my art.
