He, who invites, is

Stateless, born in August 18,
1966.
Painter, writer, experimental
filmmaker, inventor of
pictorial and cinematography
techniques, of a system of
lenses that places the vision
in grid form (aiming for a
more simple and quick way of
learning proportions in
drawings), of an embryonic
language with his own grammar
and laws, of a genre of
theatre (the caprela, a sort
of dramatic poem that takes
its name from the arthropod,
for his external skeleton), of
a Sophistic International, of
a religion that does not
accept devotes, of a price
without money for scientists
and artists (the Charif
painted gold).
He has produced a number of
institutional and personal
studies of paintings,
literature, history of
religions, philosophy,
epistemology, music, excelling
in restoration of easel
painting and of réggisseur.
He took part in many big
exhibitions side by side with
Pierre Alechinsky, Salvador
Dalí, Marcel Duchamp, René
Magritte, Antonio Saura, Bram
van Velde, Roland Topor, Jean
Miotte and many others, being

2002 Individual exhibition in Paris, invited by the Société des Amis de Roland Topor (Accatone Gallery, Paris, France).

Big individual exhibition in Daniel Maman Fine Arts, the most important gallery of Buenos Aires.2001 "20 x 20" A Collaborative exhibition in praxis International Arts, Buenos Aires.

Prepares the films "Heaven and Shit" (based on Fernando Arrabal´s play), and "Sainte-Térèse de Sade".

2001 "The Real Unreality: Surrealism´s Echoes". A collaborative exhibition at the Arte BA Fair,Buenos Aires (features Xul Solar, Ducmelic, Rachel Forner, Berni and others).

Realizes the poster for "Journey inside the Body"(last film of George Polaco).

2000 Shows, with works of Salvador Dalí, Roland Topor, Antonio Saura and others artist in the "Kaléidoscopies (1964-2000) Arrabal et les artistes" exhibition. Organized by the Museé Baron Gérard, Normandie, France (features Dalí, Saura, Topor, Olivier O. Olivier and writers like Michel Houellebecq and Michel Butor).

Is invited by the filmaker Alejandro Jodorowsky to a public dialogue about his career and his future using the tarot.

Cinema debut of the short film "Natural Baroque: The New Hit of the Film Industry", at the Atlas Recoleta Cinema, Buenos aires.

Realizes the artist book "The First Civilizes of the Wild West of the Pampas".

Works in the invention of a system of lents that incorporate a proportional vision divided in to squares to the eyes (apparatus designs to have an easier and quiker learn of drawing), also works in a virtual dark camera.

1998/2000 Participates in the Arte BA Fair, Buenos Aires.

1998 Establishes the "Charif paint of gold Award" at the doors of the National Museum of Fine Arts (Buenos Aires).

Debut of his short film "Natural Baroque" at the Bravo TV channel, with films of Maya Deren, Kenneth Anger, Stan Brakhage, Michel Snow and James Whitney.

Acts in the movie "Religiosa Mantis", by Vanina Serra.

1997 "Falsifications": a solo exhibition show of paintings and drawings based in old masters (Fouquet, Brueghel, Cosimo, Della Francesca, Whistler and others). In this show, Charif mix classics techniques with others of his own creation.

Retrospective of 13 films at the Buenos Aires Museum of Modern Art to celebrate ten years since his first film as director. In this show, the artist shown a seriers of techniques of his own invention (on of them is a microscopic collage that it was previously transparented and was adhered on the film support).

Retropective of 14 short films at the Theory Image Center. This show included works of the followings filmmakers: Michael Verhoeven, Werner Schroeter Werner Herzog.

1996 Founds and directs the "Lunar Theater" as well as creates a new theatrical genre: the "caprela". This kind of theatrer has an external skeleton divides in segments or articulations.

Writes the play "Black Mass", based in text of the Marquis de Sade.

1995 Studies scenography at the Colon Theater of Buenos aires.

1994/1990 Participates in collectives exhibitions and realizes collaboration to others filmmakers like Leonardo Favio.

1989 Is the "special gest" for his trayectory in the First Biennal of Young Art at the Centro Cultural Recoleta, Buenos Aires.

1988 Founds the Sophistic´s First International.

Writes his "Scientifical theory of the transmigration without souls" based in phisycs, neutrines ray, chinese tao and other disciplines.

1987 Founds with Cristofanetti and Klem the Gomorrita Group; Realizes videoclips that were innagurated at broadcasting in TV and sown in many festivals.

Acting like Christ in the film "Verklärte Nacht".

1986 Creates an "embroidery language", estructurated according to primitives and etymologies languages, develops in a "Dictionary and Embroidery Grammar Manual" of next apparition.

1985 Begins to show his paintings, drawings and collages in Buenos Aires, Madrid, Paris, New York, Berlin and others cities.

1972/1975 Realizes his first theatrical stages in the uncle´s cabaret.

1972 First cinematografical try ("Cinegraph" system, a hand painted long piece of plane paper), adapting a child book: "Iron Head".

1970 writes his first tales, realizes his first paintings, and begins particular studies of painting and drawing.
