• Commissioned to do all paintings use in the book “Malacca Sketchbook” for Edition Didier Millet sponsored by The Dutch Embassy of Malaysia and The Tourism Board of Malacca.
2005
• Commissioned to do 175 paintings use in the book “Landmarks of Perak” for RNS Publications & Edition Didier Millet, and to be launched on 31 May, at The Grand Ballroom of Mandarin Oriental KL, officiated by HRH Sultan Azlan Shah, Sultan of Perak.
2004
• Watercolour Image of “Anchored” selected for the month of March in BUNCHO 2004 Calendar
• Watercolour image of “Homemaker” selected for the month of August in CFM International (The Power of Flight ) 2004 Calendar.
• 4 images selected for 2002 and 2003 Hari Raya Aidil Fitri greeting card by Sharity Greetings, Sri Hartamas, KL.

• Commissioned to do all paintings use in the book “Landmarks of Selangor” for Jugra Publications & Editions Didier Millet, and launched at Centre Court, Suria KLCC, official opened by HRH Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, Sultan of Selangor, on 5-11 March, KL.

• Commissioned to do all paintings use in the book "Penang Sketchbook" for Editions Didier Pte Ltd, S’pore. Penang Sketchbook was soft launched and promoted at the International Bookfair in Frankfurt, Germany, at the end of October.
• 7 images of watercolor paintings selected for greeting card by Sharity Greetings (M) Sdn Bhd, Sri Hartamas, M'sia.
• 12 images of KL Sketchbook selected for EON Berhad 2001 Hanging Calender, M'sia.
1999
• Appointed to paint 46 selected Chinese primary and High Schools all over Malaysia by the United Chinese School Committees’ Association of Malaysia (UCSCAM) for fund raising in conjunction with the celebration of 180 years of Chinese Education in Malaysia.
• Commissioned to do 99 watercolors for the book “<111, Heeren Street, Malacca” by the late Tun Tan’s family member.
• Hired to do 45 pcs of illustrations for the 4th book of the Savoring Series - "Savoring South East Asia” by Weldon Owen Publishing, San Francisco, USA.
• Buncho (M) Sdn Bhd commissioned to do watercolors on 3 of Klang old buildings – Istana Alam Shah, Sultan Sulaiman Mosque and Kuan Yin Temple.
1998
• Image of Watercolour painting "Eight Days In The Valley" selected for one of the Petronas greeting card and postcard series.
• 13 images selected from “KL Sketchbook” for EDM S’gore 1999 table calendar.
• Commissioned by TAK Teo A. Khing Design Consultants Sdn Bhd, PJ, M’sia, to do an artist impression of the main street of Putrajaya City, printed in the catalogue book “Putrajaya Diplomatic Enclave” by Perbadanan Putrajaya.

• Commissioned to do all paintings use in the book "KL-A Sketchbook" for Editions Didier Millet Pte Ltd, S’pore. (KL Sketchbook launched on 23 Oct 1998 at GaleriWan, KL – 1st print 3,000copies sold out in Dec ’98, 1st reprint of 3,000 copies in Feb ’99 and 2nd reprint of another 4,000 copies in Sept ’99)
