Cindy Prince's Artist Portfolio
Welcome to Cindy Prince's Portfolio. Browse Prince's body of work: I started working with kelp when i moved to the Oregon coast in 2001. The work evolved, and at present i have 3 galleries showing and selling my sea kelp lamps, shades, votives, and rattles. I find working with kelp fills me with a similar joy as that I experience from the ocean. Since each piece of kelp has its own way of shrinking during the drying process, each piece is unique and different from all the others.
My home overlooks the Oregon coastline, surrounded by forest, visited by deer, turkey, cougar and sometimes the neighbor's horses.
