Caribbean Breeze
Ingredients:
* 1 oz SKYY Vodka
* 1/4 oz Light rum
(Bacardi)
* 1/4 oz Malibu rum
* 4 oz Pineapple juice
* 1 splash Grenadine
Mixing instructions:
Shake all ingredients except
juice with ice and pour into
collins glass. Fill with
pineapple juice. Garnish with
pineapple wedge and a
cherry...

Am I ever glad I went to this opening.
Usually it's a case of pretentious themes and the same old
classical music playing in the background--but this folks
was an experience!
As you entered the Eldon Gallery you immediately knew this
was going to be fun!
The artist complete with a Hawaiian lei was casual,relaxed and
offered guests a lei and a drink!
The artwork certainly is a reflection of David Irvine's personality.
His colours, design work and imaginative use of making the frame
a part of the art is unparallel!
Needless to say it was a complete joy munching on Cheesies, having a
beer and talking with this artist about his remarkable work!
