Artist Statement for David Wesley
|
|
|
David Wesley has been creating art professionally and competitively for over 5 years. With best of show, and 1st prize awards from multiple local, national, and international art competitions, he has definite experience in the field.
Trained at Art Institute of Seattle for interior design, he has key experience in design, and conceptualization.
David Enjoys all forms of art, including: Watercolor, Oil, Acrylic, Pastel, Pen & Ink, Sculpting, Sketching, Colored Pencil, and Computer Design. Besides his use of multiple mediums, he loves using many different painting styles and techniques.
Work experience includes: A full catalog design and completion, web page design, package design, advertisement design, logo design, and display unit designs.
David Wesley Anderson was born and raised in Oregon, and trained directly under Professional artist Vicki Elaine for over 5 years.
You can find art created by David Wesley, at galleries throughout the Northwest, including; Bossa Nova in Fremont, Abstract Gallery on Capitol Hill, the Artists Gallery in SODO, Lulu's Restaurant, Art/Not Gallery in Downtown and the Sideshow Gallery in Pioneer Square. David is currently showing in the Beamis Building for 1st Thursday as well.
