(YAR) PROGRAM- Duncan was accepted into the Young-Artist-in-Residence (YAR)program at Millersville University in 1994. This is an advantageous program for artists and art students. Artists are given the oppportunity to experiment with different mediums, materials, and given access to campus facilities to create new and imagimative pieces for their portfolio and the art students receive instruction from professional artists.
