Artist Statement:
I hate to be saddled with one subject matter. My interests are as varied as my friends. I
love paintings that are uncomplicated and look like they flew on the paper or canvas. That is easier said than done!

I have always been a vagabond and travel my favorite activity, especially to countries that have great food traditions. Of coarse the very best combination is great art and great food. |

| Biggest Artistic Inspiration |
I have no favorite medium or painter or movement. I love to paint in watercolors because I travel alot, but I also paint in oils and acrylics.
I have no favorite movements in art. It is easier to say the ones I don't like.
I draw inspiration from the many countries and cultures which I have come in contact with. I like to walk throught the ages of art and history. |

| Why Did You Become An Artist |
My father was an illustrator in college and always encouraged me to do what he never did, persue the arts. As a child he took me to the zoo to draw with him. |
