| Your Personal Biography |
I was born in Cleveland ,Ohio but moved to Miami Florida at a young age. Both my parents were artists.
My father worked as a professional commercial artist in Miami while continuing to pursue his fine art. My mother painted portraits while raising four chidren.
I was always involved in art and studied many forms including ceramics, scupture , batik, painting and drawing. After college I worked as an interior designer in California and Florida. I continued to paint while raising two children, not yet able to devote as much time to art as I would like.
In the past few years, I have been able to return to painting full time and divide my time between my studio in Central Oregon and my studio in South Florida. My work has been included in the prestigious Hortt exhibit two years in a row and am currently exhibiting in galleries in the west and in Miami Florida. I continue my education in art having studied with artists such as Bob Burridge, Christina Acosta, Sally Cooper and others. |
