Don W. Murphy's Premiere Artist Portfolio
Welcome to Don W. Murphy's Portfolio.
I have been producing art in photography,painting,sculpture, and recently on a computer-which I excitedly found can include all the first three. I find that the best of my creations are the ones which show emotion. Otherwise the work is just another picture. So, many of the pictures are constructions put together in layers from images in Photoshop. This way fantasies and whole different worlds can be made, or just the feelings of a person at the time. (Please see "Punta Uva" and "Home")
I have thousands of images in my hard drives and slide collections, but I will be showing you only the best in this portfolio.
I decided to put up my own gallery show (in my hometown in 2004) of the best. It was called "A Lifetime of Art" and had 150 works spreading over 50 years. I hope to show many of them. Thank you for you time and attention. Be sure and watch for future additions. Don W. Murphy
