Artist Statement:
Creating- be it
painting,sculpting or writing
brings me peace. It is this
sense of serenity I would like
to evoke in my viewer.
I like variety to express my
passions. Variety in the
themes I pick,the materials I
use and the medium I choose.
Many a time people have told
me that one day I will find my
medium and stick with it. They
do not understand that I have
already found it:Art! That is
my medium. The ability to work
back and forth between clay
and paper,sculpting and
writing. That is my medium.
Very much like my
personality,multifaceted with
different interest and
passions.....
Exploring as many artforms as
possible to express myself is
part of my growing process as
an artist. To experience as
many different aspects of life
as possible is part of my
learning process as a
person....
