Born in the Seaport of Veracruz, Mexico. Since 1982 He studied drawing and painting in the Escuela de Artes Plasticas del INBA. In addition to participating in several workshops organized by the Instituto Veracruzano de Cultura.
In 1990 He entered in the Faculty of Visual Arts of the Universidad Veracruzana in the City of Xalapa, where He obtained a scholarship for his academic achievement and an artistic productive scholarship, as well He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Visual Arts from which He graduated in 1995. He also obtained a scholarship from the Instituto Veracruzano de Cultura in the category of Young Creators during the years 1995-1996.
He collaborated from September 1995 to February 1996 with Sol Levenson in the execution of a Commemorative Mural for the 50th Anniversary of the Universidad Veracruzana, which took place in the Central Building of the same university, and was financed by the Fullbrigth Foundation.
Since 1991 He has had individual and collective exhibits in Mexico, United States of America, Japan, Cuba, El Salvador, Venezuela and Hong Kong; China. His art has been displayed in public and private galleries.
