Artist Statement:
These paintings are generally
considered in the early 20th
century European modern
tradition. Strongly
influenced by the Suprematist
paintings of Kasimir Malevich
and De Stijl paintings of Theo
van Doesburg. The attempt is
to try too express in a
two-dimensional and
non-objective manner some of
the philosophical and literary
ideals that have had a strong
impact on how I view the
