Artist Statement for Shawn Corbett

|
|
We live in a universe wherein nothing is ever truly complete but everything is connected. My drawings reflect this. Random lines provide the foundation. Latent details and embellishments are added to this framework as I perceive them. The result is the visual equivalent of a stream of consciousness poem. As in a Rorschach test each viewer is invited to compose their own interpretations of what they see.
