The biggest unsolved mystery - loving someone - is an on-going theme in my paintings. Portrayals of happiness, loneliness, pain, ecstasy, togetherness, unity, bonding, timeless emotions. Stories of the loss of self that lovers experience.
At times, I inject elements from the fascinating Egyptian mythology and the language of the Pharaohs, who were the first to defy time. Hence my interpretation and inclusion of their symbols of love, life and after-life in some paintings.
