Artist Statement:
My name is Bill Perry and
all my life I have been doing
art. I like for my work,
whether it be oil painting,
pencil drawings, etc. to have
a message about life. But, I
don't like to hammer that
message in to your brain so I
use humor.
Sometimes I have single
ideas that I want to state,
but mostly these days I work
in a series. I'll have a theme
that I'll convey via the
different panels in the
series.
One of my favorite tools
that I use is the computer. I
like the way I can design an
image quickly and in color.
From that I can do a painting
in much faster time.
Subject matters that I
have fun with can vary from
sex to farming. Another words,
everything in life is fair
game to this artist....
