Francesco Vidic introduces his
most recent paintings with his
unmistakable ACTION PAINTNG
style. Through it, the artist
can approach the liberating
sphere of the unconscious,
still keeping the control of
rationality. Hence, on the
canvas, he shows surprising
representations of colours
(reds, blues, light-blues,
greens, etc.) and non-colours
(blacks, greys, etc.): magic
appearances generated by the
movement of the hand, the arm,
the hips, with a sometimes
very quick, measured and
studied splash of colour,
when activating the rational
side, and non subject to it,
when activating the irrational
side: ever exciting and
vibrating colours marked by
elegance, strength, dynamism,
uniqueness and
unrepeatability.
All works are very much in
tune with state-of-the-art
architecture and the most
modern furniture.
