Artist Statement:

Some contemporary philosophers think that an artist reveals his true self through his work. Barely protected by the thin layer of art.
It´s as if he exposed himself naked to the viewer saying: "This is who I am, this is what I believe in and I hope somebody else shares my point of view."
In the same way that dreams are made up of recombined elements of experiences one has had during the day, so does art reflect the experiences the artist has had during his life.
Consequently, the artist not only expresses himself but also gives testimony of the time and place he lives in.
My experience of living in Buenos Aires is the tinted glass that colours all my actions and places me in the world.
I believe that throughout my work there are several clues which indicate it was made by a "porteño" who was born in the second half of the 20th. century.
They are an intrinsic part of what I am as a person and, therefore, as an artist.
