Artist Statement for Gina Shelley

Art gives the opportunity to capture a moment in time and embrace it for eternity. Drawing imparticular has allowed me to share with others the private second that I have witnessed. I find the human element to be crucial in my drawings, because it permits me to project the beauty that God has created and that is inside all of us.
