Artist Statement for Baldemar Vargas

The most rewarding thing to me as a self taught artist is when a piece of artwork i've created reaches out and takes the viewer on a journey. A journey of color, subject, and composition, and encourages the viewer to interact with emotion, by opinion, or criticism.
