KAKHA CHKHATARAISHVILI was born in 1960 in Tbilisi, Georgia.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
1978-80 Graduated from Tbilisi Jacob Nikoladze Art School (Faculty of Sculpture);
1980-86 Tbilisi Art Academy (Faculty of Sculpture);
1986-89 Tbilisi State University- Faculty of Social Professions (Photography Art)
EXHIBITIONS
As a student of the Art Academy he took part in several Student's Exhibitions:
1979 The Exhibition Hall 'MERANI'
1984 The State Polytechnic Institute Exhibition Hall ;
1994 May-Exhibition -Sale of the Georgian painters' works- 'Original'- at the New Gallery
1995 March- the first Personal Exhibition (paintings, graphics, photography) at the exhibition hall of the National Library;
1995 July- Participated in the exhibition (paintings) in Bolnisi;
1997 May-June- The Second Personal Exhibition-Sale (paintings) at the cafe 'Ovation';
Currently painters works are exposed at the cafe 'Sarangi' (exhibition -sale);
1998 December- The Third Personal Exhibition at the 'Karvasla';
1999 July the fourth Personal Exhibition (painting, graphics, photography) at the exhibition hall of the National Library;
2001 February - The Group Exhibition at the Georgian National Gallery;
2001 June - The fifth Personal Exhibition-Sale at the hall of the society 'Industry Save Georgia' (Tbilisi);
2001 October - The Sixth personal Exhibition-Sale at the exibition Hall of the 'Mystery' theater;
2002 December -Christmas Group Exhibition of Georgian Artists, Stuttgart, Germany;
2004 The Exhibition Hall 'Manana's Art Salon', Tbilisi, Georgia;
2005 The Exhibition Hall 'Manana's Art Salon', Tbilisi, Georgia;
2005 Group Exhibition 'Cameo' Gallery, Tbilisi, Georgia;
2005 VII personal Exhibition. UN House Gallery, Tbilisi, Georgia;
2006 VIII personal Exhibition. 'Lazare' Gallery, Tbilisi, Georgia;
2007 IX personal Exhibition.USA Embassy.Tbilisi,Georgia
