Welcome to Hamed Tavana's Portfolio. Browse Tavana's body of work: Hamed Tavana, born at 1967 in Iran graduated from university of Art, Tehran, in 1991 as a painter.

His thesis was titled "The Functions of Painting in Schizophrenic Patients". Since then he has focused his studies on psychological aspects of figurative painting, especially nudes in metamorphosed and malformed gestures, in some symbolic abstract backgrounds.

In an attempt to describe his paintings in words, he says:
