Artist Statement:
my name is "hamida sajad" I am
graduate in Science I recieved
my parctical education in arts
from my father, art maestro
Mirza Sajjad Hussain (late)
head of fine arts department
of Aligarh Univesity I
inherted realistic style from
my father and added my own
flair and flavours to give it
an individualistic touch.
I have painted over 500
portraits of Quaid-AZam and
scores of other historical
figures, army personnel,
national heroes etc. These
portraits can be seen in
Government, Semi Government
organizations, banks and other
commercial institutions. I
have also worked for foreign
embassies.
