Artist Statement:
All my paintings are
multi-media abstracts
[primarily oils] that use
various motion devices to
dislay the varying sides that
blend into the other sides ;
each side with a separate
image,
feeling & title. My single
pieces on standard canvases
use battery operated "Lazy
Susans" to turn the painting
360 degrees on the wall,
stoping every 90 degrees to
display each of the 4 sides.
Each side has a separate image
& feeling to discover.
I also do 3-dimensional
kinetic abstracts that change
& evolve using a variety of
techniques including
electro-magnetism.
So you have 4 different
paintings within each one,
depending on your visual
perspective.
