Artist Statement:
My Art has a global dimension: HUMAN. I observe, interact with and express the human being, human component or anything related to the human, in time, space (individual or universal), psychological and emotional dimensions, and always having as a reference point, the center - the point where the time and space intersect, "the big crossroad of the imaginary"-- the absolute dimension. The parameters of my art swing between the human (individual) dimension and absolute dimension, as well from detail to general. The detail, as way of expression, becomes an attitude, a way of living, but always related to the general. They coexist, justifying each other.
I focus on subtle generalities, common intimacies, and general valid truths, as: love, longing, death, hope-- which will never become over-used subjects, because they are eternally embedded in human
nature and we always can identify with them. Sometimes at the base of my art work are more cryptic notions, concepts - like Time, Space - trying to communicate and explain thoughts about these, often
abstract, theories.”...
