Artist Statement:
I am an artist here in NYC.
Self taught for the most part
and just getting some training
at CCNY university. Finished
one semester of studio work
obtaining A's. Almost received
the Connors award which would
have been unusual for a first
semester student! Art was
chosen by my professors to be
in the students exhibition.
Do a technique that is
called"stippling" in pen and
ink. Very arduous and time
consuming process that caters
to my love of detail.
My art is mainly of the male
physique from photographs
since I can't afford models at
this time. I am interested in
other subjects and can do
other forms of art.
Consider the male form to be a
living artwork. Like my idol
Michelangelo I have centered
my current art around this
subject.
