Artist Statement:
My current passion is an
alternative photographic
technique called Polaroid
transfers. I have become a
devotee of the transfer
process because I like the
soft focus, painterly
qualities of the images. I
think the major strength of
the polaroid process is that
it is fast art. One transfer
only takes about five minutes
from start to finish. I have
a short attention span, so I
like to view my art right
away.
I am happy to announce that
one of my photos has been
accepted to be exhibited in
the Smithsonian Museum for the
month of July 2007. You can

National Geographic Traveler Magazine
When the entire contents of the "Elvis Is Alive" museum in Wright City, Missouri went up for sale on E-bay, it caused a lot of interest nationally. The New York Times did a story on the museum and owner as well as several local St. Louis papers. The National Geographic Traveler Magazine wrote a little article as well, and used my polaroid transfer of the "Elvis is Alive" museum. November 2007.
