Artist Statement for John Davis

|
My art is a passion for me, Its a god given talent. This is not to say my art is in anyway god like or of his greatness.
God gives us all a talent and a purpose for being here what we make of it is up to us.
My work 90% of the time is abstract, some has meaning some doesn't
It all has heart, It all is done with passion and I believe it shows in each and every piece
I'm soon to be 46 years old, I was born an artist and will die an artist. I may never be a famous artist and I'll never be a rich artist but an artist non the less and thats what really matters in the end.
I have no formal art training and I am very proud of that.
I have never called myself self taught, I have been taught so much by so many and I am also proud of that.
