Artist Statement:
Collage art has been my
favorite format I use to
re-create the female form
surrounded in an imaginative
background setting. I see a
photograph of a woman, and I
begin to envision her surreal
surroundings, a special place
she'll want to be always. I've
shot photos since I was six
years old. My first 35mm
camera was an old-fashioned
compact with a fixed lense. I
was never quite satisfied with
only taking pictures and
improving my abilities as a
photographer, and collage
artworks began to form. I now
work my background arts on
posters purchased of
supermodels or sexy ladies,
and thousands of magazine
pages are collected until I
find each and every piece to
generate the background. The
images you find here are
digitally created collage
artworks for print. I have
worked with many women and the
model shown here is my dream
of a lifetime. There are
countless artworks both
digital and actual paper
collages that I have for sale.
