Artist Statement:
My name is Paul, I'm 32 years
old and I live in charlotte,
North Carolina.... I started
drawing when I was just a kid,
like all kids I guess, I
enjoyed it and I found
satisfaction with it... I
continued with it throughout
my life and taught myself much
of the things that I have
learned, I tried attending
school but really wasn't happy
with what I was being taught,
learning the same things that
I already knew years
before...I've tried other
things with my life, but never
recognized anything that had
interested me as much art and
drawing had... Realizing that
art, without a doubt was my
fate, that if I was to do
anything meaningful with
myself, I would have to be
steadfast, truly believing in
what others knew and what was
instilled into me, to have
faith and determination...
