Artist Statement:
My work is of expressionist
type. This works is between
abstraction and figurative
work. I have 15 years of
experience in painting and
have showed expositions in
galleries, hotels, artistic
associations in my country,
Colombia.
My work that I carry out for
the year 2003 calls himself
toys memory of my childhood
and it is based on the memory
my childhood and the important
of that time like it was the
but happy of my life, I want
to make a homage with this
series of 50 squares, and that
they will be exhibited in an
exhibition of small format in
The Palacio of The culture of
The city of Medellín in March
of 2003.
It is an oil work it has more
than enough wood and their
measures are 20 cm x 40 cm
with a recount of my fantasies
and memories of my childhood
that marked me and the person
that I am today in day formed.
