Artist Statement for George Max
|
|
|
George Max's original artwork include Figurative, Lanscapes, Still Life, and Orchid and Canine Art. Figurative art is based mostly on the indigenous Mayan people of Guatemala. They include folklore, traditions, customs and social life of these people. Landscapes are based mainly on the rivers of Guatemala. Still life paintings include fruit, vegetables, florals, etc. Orchid and Canine art are also part of the artist's oil painting collection.
