Artist Statement for Axis Mundi
|
|
|
This artistic book consists of 160 small works on paper. These works started in Karlovassi 1995 and developed on the road from Athens, Sydney, Japan, NY, Athens + back to 2 my island Samos.
They are gestures and thoughts within different moods and environments expressed from every day life with tempera, powders, pencil, oil pastels and chalk.
